ACTIVITIES | ||||
§ Ensure proper spares management and implementation of industry/contractor best practice in material Mgt
§ Efficient Dispatch / Receipt of equipment and materials by CPY or CTR at operational base or Site § Liaise with and alert CPY logistics organization regarding equipment movements § Monitor quality requirements in accordance with CTR quality assurance policies and CPY specifications § Initiate non conformance reports (FPR, FNCR) as required § Perform Product identification and traceability activities as required |

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT | ||||
§ Heavy equipments environment with high cost and HSE exposure – e.g. Xmas Tree of 8 MUSD
§ Transverse activities across all the contractors within Akpo (SLB, EXPRO, DIAMOULD, IMPROV, REMM….). § Interface with entities external to DCD: Production, Logistics and service contractors. |

ACCOUNTABILITIES | ||||
§ Supervise CONTRACTOR practices and activities regarding equipment & materials storage
§ Ensure that all COMPANY-issued orders for spares/materials are filled/executed by CONTRACTOR, and reconcile spares received to orders placed with CONTRACTOR § Initiate, Coordinate, Carry Out and/or Support inventory activities by COMPANY or COMPANY Sub-Contractor of COMPANY equipment and spares; draft and execute continuous inventory system § Monitor/Drive CONTRACTOR tracking of Spares utilization and confirm its fed into spares forecasts § Perform materials kits audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of the kitting process § Document and report inspection findings and results and monitor corrective actions to closure. |

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUI ED | ||||
§ Initial formal Education: Bachelor’s of Engineering/Tech or diplomas
§ Professional Experience (number of years): Minimum 7 years Materials or Oilfield QAQC Experience § Good communications skills are required as this activity is very transverse |
